Yoga flow is a yoga practice that matches movement with breath to create a flow from posture to posture to strengthen and stretch.

5:15-6:15 pm

7 week sessions are $100
Drop-ins are $1

Yoga + puppies, need I say more?!

I recently got to take part in a puppy yoga class in Vancouver and I knew it was something I had to offer here in Barrhead!

I’m teaming up with The Ultimate Shephard Ent. who are bringing us 8 little German

I’m pretty sure I’ve not done anything better for my soul than PUPPY YOGA! It was the best Sunday morning spent with 7 sweet little 8 week old golden retriever puppies 🐶

Wouldn’t this be a fun class to take? Who else would love
